Owners Opinion
This has been a wonderful first home in a friendly and welcoming neighbourhood. Having the newly opened Sowerby Sports Village quite literally on our doorstep has been a real highlight! The area is convenient not only for town but also for access to the major transport routes which has been great for commuting. Being one of the only properties to have a garage has also been a major benefit. We have really enjoyed being part of this community, and have made some very happy memories here.
